INTERESTING: You Can Now Transfer Money From GTBank to GT & Other Banks Using Shortcode

This is just another superb services recently introduced by Guaranty Trust Bank. I love GTBank  and I hope you do also as it is one of Nigeria’s leading banks in the banking sector and has just introduced something unique once more. This time, GTBANK has introduced a simple way to transfer money (fund) from your GTBank to either another GTBank account or any bank in Nigeria using a short code service. You may want to send money to your friends, family etc and you may not be disposed to do so by going to the bank to fill teller, using this services is the next option.

This service is similar to the short-code recharge service that was introduced about a year ago, just that this has been translated in the form of money transfer to banks in Nigeria. Follow the below steps to learn how to make use of the GTBank *737* short-code service to transfer money between banks.

 GTBank money transfer using shortcode *737* service

How To Transfer Fund From GTBank to GT Accounts

=> To make money transfer from a GTBank account to another, dial *737*1*Amount*NUBAN Account No# e.g. *737*1*1000*1234567890# from the mobile number used while registering your bank account.

=> You’ll then need to enter last four digits of your GTBank Naira MasterCard to authenticate the transaction.

=> Wait for the transaction to be completed.

How To Transfer Money From GTBank to Other Banks

=> Similar to transfer to GTBank are the below steps to transferring to other Nigerian banks.
 => Simply dial *737*2*Amount*NUBAN Account No# from your account’s registered mobile number registered.
=> Now select recipient’s bank
=> Also enter last four digits of your GTBank Naira MasterCard.
=> Wait for the transaction to be completed.

Once any of those transactions has been successful, you will  receive a debit alert notification from your bank. If you love this post, just share and comment you experience using the services.
