Want To Use More Than One Email With Blackberry Complete Plan? See How

If you have already subscribe to Blackberry Complete plan from any network, e.g MTN, Etisalat, Airtel, you will only be allowed to to use of configure just only one email address on your Blackberry phone. But if you subscribe to N3000/month BIS plans, this will allow you set up more than one email address. I tried to get any means of using multiple emails with my Blackberry searching and researching until I stumbled one Email Client by Gmail. I quickly downloaded it using one OTA link and it worked for me but with some little deficiencies. The deficiency is that before now, I heard Google support it, but now Google no longer supports it and it it will not show you a notification that you have a new mail, but rather, you just see the red light blinking and you start searching for what might have happened to the course of the Red light blinking on your Blackberry.

More Solution Tips
The first Solution here is that I use my Gmail and I configured my Yahoomail on the Blackberry email client. I was still not satisfied, so I continued my search until I stumbled upon this again.

Creating A Blackberry Mail With Your Network Provider
This method I’m going to discuss involves some simple steps. You are going to create a Blackberry email with your network provider and then forward all your other emails to it. If you still don’t get it, If you are using MTN, you will register an email like winodey@mtn.blackberry.com and then forward your Yahoomail and Gmail messages to it. Now when you have new messages in your other email accounts, they get forwarded automatically to your Blackberry email (i.e winodey@mtn.blackberry.com). Now that you understand, here’s how to go about it.

How To Register a Blackberry E-mail address With Your service Provider
> For MTN go to http://mtn.blackberry.com
> For Glo go to http://gloworld.blackberry.com
> For Airtel go to http://airtel.blackberry.com/
> For Etisalat go to http://etisalat.blackberry.com/

Using Your BB Pin And BB IMEI Number For Registration
You will need your Blackberry PIN and Blackberry IMEI number for registration. Just follow the instructions on the sites and create your email.

How To Forward Your Gmail to this Blackberry Account

> Open GMail and login to your account
> Now go to your mail settings and click ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP’
> Now click ‘add a forwarding address’
> Type the email address you created into the field provided and click on ‘Next’ to confirm forwarding.
> Click ‘Proceed’ and continue with the steps.
> Leave POP Download and IMAP Access enabled
> Click on ‘Save Changes’ and you are good to go.
> You can repeat the steps for several emails.
Note : Yahoomail requires that you Upgrade to Mail Plus
> This next step might be different depending on where some icons and folders are on your phone.
> Go to ‘Email Settings’ and if prompted, read the Terms of Agreement. Accept or Decline. > You are will see a list of several email providers e.g. Yahoo, GMail, Aol. select ‘Other’.
> Provide the email address and password and save settings
Hope You Got It Done!
