JAMB REGISTRATION 2012/2013 BEGINS

Registration for the unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME 2012, organized by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, for admission into Tertiary Institution in Nigeria for 2012/2013 academic year has commenced online. JAMB UTME scratch card for accessing the e-registration portal for UTME 2012 is sold for N4,600 at any designated JAMB office nearer to you or check the NIPOST offices and JAMB offices nationwide. The date for JAMB UTME 2012 Exam has not been made official yet.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE UTME JAMB 2012/2013

Once you buy your JAMB UTME scratch card, the next thing to do is to visit the JAMB UTME 2011 e-registration portal. The UTME 2011 registration portal is at www.jamb.org.ng/Unifiedtme/. Make sure a finger print reader is available on the computer before commencing registration.

Also you may not have the requirement gadget to enable you register this jamb yourself. Therefore, I advice that you visit a cyber café or computer center to get this registration done.

SPECIAL ADVICE FOR YOU

Make sure nobody cheat you about the price of the JAMB scratch card, it N4,600.

If incase you are going to cyber café or computer center to register for the JAMB UTME,  make sure you are there to copy your username and password and keep it save. Very important!

Make sure the JAMB registration Template is printed for you to choose the various courses and Universities/Polytechnic/Colleges of Education before you hand over the form to the Cafe Attendant to fill. This is to avoid miss spelling of your name and choosing a wrong Universities/Polytechnic/Colleges of Education for you. Take note!

Make sure you are close to the cafe attendant whenever he is filling your information. Loot the computer screen with the cafe attendant to be sure if the info he is imputing is correct.

Keep your card after the registration for future use and references.

Try as much as possible to keep yourself update and prepare strongly for the UTME JAMB Examination to score above 300.
